There are many kinds of electric furnaces transformers cooperating with them.Now,our company manufactures following electric furnace transformers:electric furnace transformers used in steelelectric furnaces(including on-laod,no-load and enclosed reactor) ; mineral hot furnace transformers used to smelt kinds of iron alloys,hydrosilicons,carbides,etc(single phase,three phases on-load and no-load tap changer).They are low loss and energy-saving products.Cooling methods are self-cooling, forced oil water cooling, etc.It can be designed specially according with customers' requirements.

We offer furnace transformers and arc furnace transformers for arc furnace/ submerged arc furnace/ induction furnace applications with capacity of 10 MVA and primary voltage up to 33 KV class. The secondary voltages of these electric arc furnace transformers suit furnace specifications with 6 and 12 pulse operations.

Isolation Transformer

Use of Class ‘F’ / ‘H’ insulation increases the heat bearing capacity and enables the use of the transformer in humid and chemically polluted atmosphere also.
